In the House Ministries exists to train, encourage and equip the body of Christ in the areas of prayer, worship, evangelism, prophetic, ministry to the poor, spiritual warfare and the creative arts. The Downtown House of Prayer is established to provide 24/7 worship and prayer for the city of Portland, Oregon. This blog is just for fun, but perhaps over time it will provide some insight and stimulate discussion surrounding the above areas.

NEW SCHEDULE, NEW LOCATIONS!

The Portland International House of Prayer is expanding its borders!
Join us for prayer and worship in a variety of locations around the city that are convenient for you!
Beginning the Week of March 1st
look for sessions in St John's (N Portland)
at Sylvan Hill (West side of Portland)
and at Calvary Temple (on the East side of town)
The schedule will continue to expand so check back to this site often....we will also launch our new website soon (www.pihop.org)

6pm-Midnight at St Johns (Bridgetown Ministries Building, 8333 N Ivanhoe, across from Safeway)

8-10pm prayer and worship
**10pm-Midnight worship
Tuesdays at Calvary Temple
6-10pm Portland Healing Rooms
7-9pm Worship
**10pm-Midnight worship and prayer
Wednesdays at Sylvan Hill (take the Sylvan exit off of Hwy 26 and go south, turn left at the light onto Humphrey, church is on top of the hill)
10am-Noon facilitated prayer
Noon-2pm meditation on the word
8-10pm worship and prayer
**10pm-Midnight devotional worship
Thursdays at Calvary Temple
6-10pm Portland Healing Rooms
**10pm-Midnight worship and prayer
Fridays at Calvary Temple
Noon-2pm prayer and worship from the song of songs
2-4pm meditation on the word
4-6pm devotional worship
6-8pm prayer and worship: open microphone throughout the session for all to join in prayer
8-10pm harp and bowl format of worship and prayer
10pm-Midnight worship and prayer focused on Is 61 and Is 62
Midight-2am devotional worship and prayer
** starred times still need a team and will not begin until teams are in place**
